Made for the feet that are done negotiating. The Portofino is a true moccasin: the sole is stitched to the upper by hand around the toe, so there is no rigid shank underneath and nothing to press against the arch.
The upper is a soft pebbled faux leather with a silver-tone bit across the vamp and a padded collar that sits below the ankle bone. The sole is thin, flexible and quiet.

Delivery
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum and no added fees, throughout the United Kingdom.
We process your order in 3 to 5 working days and the courier takes 7 to 12 working days after that: 10 to 17 working days in total. An order placed after 2:00 pm UK time starts processing the next working day.
Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves the facility. It can take 24 to 72 hours to start updating, so a number that shows nothing yet is normal.

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange, for any reason. Shoes need to be unworn, with clean and unmarked soles, in the original box and with the tags attached.
We pay the return postage on every return and exchange, including when you simply changed your mind. We email you a prepaid label.
