What we do with your data

As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal data from your interactions with us and with this website, including through cookies and similar technologies. With your consent, we may share that data with advertising and analytics partners so the adverts you see on other websites are more relevant to you.

You can change your mind at any time. We never charge you a different price, and we never give you a worse experience, because you used any right on this page.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal data of anyone under 16.

Your rights under UK data protection law

• Portability. Receive data you gave us in a portable format, or ask us to pass it to another organisation.
• Objection. Object to our use of your personal data, and stop direct marketing at any time.
• Withdraw consent. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like.

How to make a request

Email support@laurenshoes.com and tell us which right you want to use. Include the email address you used to order and your full name. You may also write to us at the postal address at the bottom of this page. Using these rights is free.

Verifying it is you

Before we act on a request, we confirm your identity by matching what you send us against what we already hold, usually the email address on your order. We use what you send us only to answer the request. Turning off advertising cookies does not require verification.

Someone acting for you

Someone may act for you. Send us written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm.

How long we take

We answer within one month. If a request is complex we may take up to two months more, and we will tell you why within the first month.

If you are not happy

Please tell us first by emailing support@laurenshoes.com with the subject Privacy complaint. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk.
