Your right to cancel a delayed order

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we must deliver your order within the time we state above. If we cannot, we will notify you by email, give you a revised delivery date, and offer you the choice to either accept the delay or cancel your order for a full refund. Refunds for delayed orders are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking information can take 24 to 72 hours to begin updating after the label is created.

Delivery address accuracy

Please double-check your address and postcode at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you and send it again at no additional cost, or refund you in full if you prefer.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household and neighbours and then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You will not be asked to pay for a parcel that never reached you.

Duties and taxes

Prices shown on this site are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. You will not be charged customs duties or import fees on delivery.
